We start by understanding your travel style, priorities, and constraints — not just your destination. We love having this conversation in person or via zoom!
2. Save Your Spot
Your planning fee officially reserves time on our calendar to get working on that proposal. .
3. Trip Research + Proposals
We build an itinerary that balances logistics, timing, and experience, with recommendations based on real knowledge.
4. Refine + Review
We adjust, answer questions, and finalize details so nothing feels rushed or unclear.
5. Book + Begin the Countdown!
From booking through travel, we’re here to provide guidance, resources, and support when it matters.

This allows us to offer unbiased recommendations, spend the time your trip deserves, and provide real support before and during travel.
